Service Contract

Comprehensive 1 year agreement: $800 per year + $25 per month x 12 months for 1,000 B&W copies and 50 color copies usage per month, thereafter at 20cents per color copy and 1.5cents per colour copy. Includes 1health check and 2 onsite technical service calls, consumables namely Toner, Drum, Waste toner bottle and cleaning kit.

Contract auto terminate after 3 onsite technical service call or 12 month period, whichever earlier.

Applicable Models:

Special member agreement: $250 per year, includes ONLY 1 initial health check and 1 onsite technical service call. Contract auto-terminate after 1 onsite technical service call or 12 month period, whichever earlier. 20 %discount on all parts and consumables which are chargeable.
